Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a positive dining experience.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and has excellent communication and guest service skills.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station - Communicate effectively with guests and management - Help with food service as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred - Strong guest relations skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service - Proficient phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of restaurant operations and food service procedures If you are passionate about providing exceptional guest services and enjoy working in a dynamic restaurant setting, we would love to hear from you.
