Conscious Discipline is our preferred disciplinary method and we follow all safe guidelines for child care, including ABCs of sleep, stay up to date on CPR with classes together, and more.

Our team provides one-on-one child care in our client's homes.
We try to keep commutes shorter than 30 minutes and want each nanny to have a great experience working with our company and clients.

Nanny Needs has several requirements to be on our team including, but not limited to, passing background & driving record checks, being drug & nicotine free (this is a safety-sensitive position,) having a reliable vehicle and smartphone, and more.
