Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members - Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including making arrangements for catering and audiovisual equipment - Transcribe notes and documents as needed - Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation - Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is preferred - Proficiency in Google Suite and other computer applications - Strong computer literacy skills, including the ability to use email, word processing software, and spreadsheets - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with event planning and project coordination is a plus - Familiarity with phone systems and the ability to handle multiple phone lines Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
