Be able to select tips and adjust torches.
Read blue prints, specifications, and other requirements as directed POSITION REQUIREMENTS Must be able to lift 50-60 lbs.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Must be able to read drawings, weld symbols, and other specifics as directed.
Proven experience as an Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in operating milling machines, electrical discharge machines, lathes, sheet metal fabricating machines, forklifts, and cranes.
Strong knowledge of hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE High School diploma or equivalent.
Additional education in technical field preferred.
Minimum 6 months of experience in plasma cutting.
