The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and auditing the hotel's financial records and transactions, as well as providing customer service and assistance to guests.
The Night Auditor must be able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of financial principles.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all guest check-ins and check-outs are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Provide excellent customer service to guests.
Maintain the accuracy of the hotel's financial records.
Perform daily audits of the hotel's financial records.
Monitor the hotel's security systems.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed.
