Data and Reporting Specialist University of Arkansas - Pulaski Technical College at North Little Rock is an integral part of the Arkansas Technical and Community College System maintained by the State of Arkansas.
The college is governed by the University of Arkansas System Board of Trustees and a seven-member Board of Visitors and derives its support largely from student tuition and fees and legislative appropriations.
UA - Pulaski Tech, a comprehensive two-year college, offers associate degree and certificate programs for students who plan to transfer to four-year colleges and universities and/or for career preparation and advancement.
General
Responsibilities:
o Utilize data preparation and query applications to extract, compile, analyze, interpret, and communicate complex data-related issues clearly and succinctly to various audiences o Performs querying, data extraction, analysis and reporting on assigned data topics o Analyze workforce data to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of grant reporting requirements o Collaborates with stakeholders on data and technical needs o Assures the confidentiality of data, including sensitive information related to students, faculty, and staff Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required in an appropriate area of specialization, with emphasis in data analytics and/or information management Advanced experience working with large datasets in Excel Strong organizational skills and analytical capabilities Meticulous attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and as part of a team toward common goals, and to coordinate efforts and collaborate with a variety of individuals Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated track record of compiling and presenting data for grants Experience working with State or Federal Workforce agencies #J-18808-Ljbffr Recommended Skills Analytical Attention To Detail Confidentiality Coordinating Data Analysis Data Visualization Apply to this job.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
