Assist customers on the phone with inquiries regarding their accounts and let them know about current promotions in their market.
Process on-line account transactions, such as new cable orders, internet orders, home or business phone orders.
Excellent communication and listening skills and friendly outgoing personality.
Professional phone manner and presence.
